1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawOcean ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawOcean provides a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw AI assistant instances. We provision dedicated virtual servers, manage integrations, and provide a web interface for configuration and monitoring.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Distribute malware or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension
You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawOcean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled and your data may be deleted after a 90-day retention period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
